We have a functionality that allows you to decline a session request and provide a reason why you cannot attend the session. This is particularly important to use this functionality and not simply ignore the request as this will help you convert the client another time. From a customer perspective, they saw your profile and wanted to book with you, so as long as they are kept informed of the reason why you cannot do the session this time, they will probably try booking you again in the near future.
Just open the session request, click on 'Manage Proposals', then 'Decline Request' and choose a reason for declining a session request. The customer then receives a notification.
