Part of our booking experience is to allow other trainers to respond to your requests, in case you haven't heard back from your preferred trainer and would like to have a session regardless.
Once you sent a direct request, your preferred trainer has 30min to respond. If they do not respond within this time frame, the request gets fired out to other trainers who are available at the time. However, please be aware that with our very popular trainers, they might be in sessions or travelling and will respond to your request slightly delayed. If they cannot deliver the session, they will often send you a notification with reason for it to keep you informed.
