If you want to make a direct request to a particular trainer, just follow these simple steps:
- 'Select your workout', 'date and time' and 'Location' in the top bars.
- You'll find a list of trainers/ therapists who have set themselves as available. If you have set some trainers as 'favourite', they will appear on top of the list in case they are available at that particular time.
- Once you've chosen your trainer/ therapists, and clicked on "Book With...", the location finder automatically select your current location, or you can enter a different address manually in the top bar and click on "Continue'
- Here you can select the number of people who will be taking part in the workout (at TruBe, you can train with up to two additional people (not including massage)) and leave any additional information notes in the notes section. These notes can entail any injuries or restrictions you might have or information and directions you think your trainer will find helpful.
- If you haven't already, please enter your mobile number so that your trainer can contact you in case of any problems, and "select a payment option". You can also enter any promo codes in this page and it will be taking into account.
- You can then choose if you would like to purchase a single session or choose from one of our rolling monthly TruPlans and click on "Confirm Booking".
- If you chosen trainer/ therapists can do the time you have requested, he or she will confirm the session and the session is booked!
- If the session is declined by the trainer you will then see proposals from other available trainers/ therapists, if you tap on one of these proposals you can then 'confirm' the session.
