You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. Your upgrade or downgrade will only occur after your next billing date. To do this press the 'My TruPlan' dial in the main menu and the tab on 'Change my plan' button. Please note, this will be effective immediately and payment will be taken, not sessions will be lost, it is worth considering your current payment date.
