With TruBe, you can either book directly with a trainer of your choice or you can send a "general request" and choose from the list of trainers who've responded to your request.
To send a "general request", follow these simple steps:
- "Select your workout" and "date and time" in the top bars.
- You'll find a list of trainers who have set themselves as available at your chosen time. If you have set some trainers as preferred, they will appear on top of the list in case they are available at that particular time.
- Once you click on "Start Booking", the location finder automatically select your current location, or you can enter a different address manually in the top bar and click on "Send Request".
- TruBe trainers will respond to your request or suggest a slightly different time, in case they are not available at your exact time.
- Once you are happy with your chosen trainer, tap the time that you would like to workout and you will be taken to the payment page.
- You can then choose if you would like to purchase a single session or choose from one of our rolling monthly TruPlans.
- Scan your credit card or enter your payment details manually (you can choose to save these for next time). Payment will only be taken once your session is completed.
- If you haven't already, please enter your mobile number so that your trainer can contact you in case of any problems.
- Here you can also select the number of people who will be taking part in the workout (at TruBe, you can train with up to two additional people for the same price) and leave any additional information or directions you think your trainer will find helpful in the notes section.
- Tap 'Send to Trainers'.
- After your session, we'll email a receipt and prompt you to leave a rating for your trainer.
